Award Description

This award recognizes a member firms’ commitment to excellence in construction management through the support and promotion of employees’ success in achieving Gold Seal certification, and its incorporation of the Gold Seal program into their core business practices.

Candidates showcase their dedication through key metrics such as; the number of current Gold Seal Certified employees, the number of employees actively pursuing Gold Seal certification, how the Gold Seal Certification is integrated into the organization’s human resources strategy, and efforts extended by the firm to promote certification in their internal and external communications.

Candidates also highlight their support for employees’ certification aspirations, including incentive programs or rewards that encourage and recognize certification achievements. This award aims to celebrate those organizations that not only prioritize professional growth but also contribute to elevating standards of excellence within the construction workforce.
