This award aims to recognize those who prioritize workplace safety and employee well by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain a safe working environment.

This award will be judged by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA).

Criteria

Nominees will be a member of the Moncton Northeast Construction Association, who has made an outstanding contribution to the New Brunswick’s Construction Industry.

Nominate your organization if you demonstrate any of the following:

1. Outstanding Safety Record: Minimal incidents and proactive risk management.
2. Comprehensive Safety Programs: Policies, training, and procedures that exceed industry standards.
3. Culture of Safety: 
   • Employees actively engaged in safety practices and reporting.
   • Employee recognition for commitment to safety practices

4. Wellness Initiatives: Programs supporting physical, mental, and emotional health.
5. Innovation in Safety: Creative solutions or technologies that improve workplace safety.

6. Safety Standards: Commitment to workplace safety and compliance adherence
