During the nomination period you can make an online nomination for a business, organization, or an individual here on our awards website until the deadline. Once nominated, someone from the Moncton Northeast Construction Association will contact the Nominee to confirm their acceptance and request any additional information required. Upon closure of the nomination period all eligible nominations will be submitted to our independent judges panel for review.

HALL OF FAME AWARD

This award has been developed to recognize an outstanding individual from our industry for their lifetime contributions to the advancement of the construction industry and the greater community. The recipient will be someone who has made significant efforts to improving their industry and community by use of their time and expertise and has made a difference in the lives of others.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR
EXCELLENCE AWARD

This award recognizes a general contractor who successfully manages and delivers projects in our region that demonstrates excellence in execution, leadership, innovation, and client satisfaction that showcases their commitment and dedication in support of New Brunswick’s construction industry and, in particular, the pursuit and promotion of excellence in the General Contractors sector of the industry.

TRADE CONTRACTOR
EXCELLENCE AWARD

This company award is presented to a trade contractor (subcontractor) that has demonstrated achievements and commitments to the advancement of high-quality commercial and industrial construction through the supply of first-rate products and services, and high-quality construction in the trade areas.
This award celebrates trade contractors who have demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and collaboration on projects in our region. It recognizes companies that consistently deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall success of a project.

SUPPLIER EXCELLENCE AWARD

This company award is presented to a supplier who has demonstrated exceptional achievements and commitments to the advancement of high-quality commercial and industrial construction through the supply of first-rate products and services to the construction industry.
This award is presented to an active supplier who has shown outstanding expertise, support and innovation in the provision of supplying products and/or services.

GOLD SEAL EMPLOYER
EXCELLENCE AWARD

This award recognizes a member firms’ commitment to excellence in construction management through the support and promotion of employees’ success in achieving Gold Seal certification, and its incorporation of the Gold Seal program into their core business practices.

Candidates are encouraged to showcase their dedication by providing key metrics such as; the number of current Gold Seal Certified employees, the number of employees actively pursuing Gold Seal certification, how the Gold Seal Certification is integrated into the organization’s human resources strategy, and efforts extended by the firm to promote certification in their internal and external communications.

Candidates should also highlight their support for employees’ certification aspirations, including any incentive programs or rewards that encourage and recognize certification achievements. This award aims to celebrate those organizations that not only prioritize professional growth but also contribute to elevating standards of excellence within the construction workforce.

EMERGING LEADER
UNDER 40 AWARD

This award is presented to an individual under the age of 40 who has made a significant contribution to the industry by showing leadership within their company and industry, demonstrated commitment to the delivery of quality projects and results, has shown leadership in the community, and other notable accomplishments.

WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION
EXCELLENCE AWARD

This individual award is to recognize a woman, who is employed by a member of the association, who has made a meaningful impact on the construction industry through their leadership, community involvement, career achievements, support of other women, and other notable accomplishments towards improving the industry as a whole.

SAFETY EXCELLENCE AWARD

This award honours an organization that is a champion of safety in the workplace and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to safety. This award aims to recognize those who prioritize workplace safety and employee well by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain a safe working environment.
