Award Description

This award is presented to an individual under the age of 40 who has made a significant contribution to the industry by showing leadership within their company and industry, demonstrated commitment to the delivery of quality projects and results, has shown leadership in the community, and other notable accomplishments.

Criteria

This award will be presented to an individual who is a member of the association who has made an outstanding contribution to the New Brunswick’s Construction Industry.

1. Any representative of a member firm, in good standing, may propose a candidate who is under the age of 40 (at time of nomination) by submitting a nomination that sets out the relevant particulars of the individual’s career and their noteworthy contributions
2. Play a leadership role in their respective company
• Leads teams, projects, or initiatives effectively
• Inspires and mentors colleagues
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism
3. Are committed to improving our industry and unselfishly volunteer beyond their call of duty
4. Earn the respect of their industry peers and make a genuine difference
5. Ethical Conduct and Professionalism are requisite qualities
6. Made meaningful contributions to their community and / or our region by way of their time and/or resources
