Nominations

During the nomination period you can make an online nomination for a business, organization, or an individual here on our awards website until the deadline. Once nominated, someone from the Moncton Northeast Construction Association will contact the Nominee to confirm their acceptance. Upon accepting the nomination, the nominee will be sent a formal Award Candidate Kit which must be submitted in order to be considered for an award. All Award Candidate Kits are submitted to our independent judges panel as-is.

Judging

All complete Award Candidate Kits received by the deadline will be submitted into the formal vetting process. Award Candidate Kits will be initially reviewed by a volunteer committee, who will forward all eligible candidates to the judges panel. Our panel of judges will then determine our list of finalists after an in-depth review of the kits. The judges will then select a winner from the finalists in each category. Winners will be publicly announced at the awards ceremony.

Policies

All businesses nominated for an award must be a member in good standing with Moncton Northeast Construction Association.
Businesses may be nominated in any applicable category. They can choose which categories they would like to accept their nomination in.
NOTE: The same project cannot be entered in more than one category,
A separate Nomination Acceptance and Submission Kit are required for each nomination/category. Exceptions will not be made for late submissions.
Businesses must accept their nomination(s) by the Acceptance deadline.
Businesses must complete their Submission Kit by the deadline to be considered as a Nominee in that category.
Moncton Northeast Construction Association holds no responsibility for incorrect emails or contact information submitted via the nomination form.
Moncton Northeast Construction Association Staff are not permitted to write recommendations nor reference letters for Award Nominees.
